What do you do in the International Business Team ?

The  International Business Team has a strong international orientation as it manages Distributor partners for Merz Lifecare in various countries inside and outside of Europe.  Be part of our international and dynamic team where you will have the opportunity to run own projects after a short adjustment period and support the International Business Team in their daily business. Gain first hand insight in international business operations. 

Your duties would include
  • Actively support in daily sales operations with distributors
  • Run and analyze sales reports from distribution partners e.g. on In-Market Sales, Forecasts, etc.
  • Run own research projects focusing on competitive environment and new market expansions
  • Support implementation of Business Partner Compliance Tool
  • Reinforce portfolio analysis, incl. market research to optimize the current international assortment
  • Support to develop Marketing toolbox for distribution partners
  • Coordinate and manage distributor requests internally within Merz Lifecare
  • Prepare & edit commercial and marketing presentations (in- & external)
Your profile
  • You are min. in your 3rd term of your business administration/ economic studies, ideally with international orientation.
  • First working experience ideally in the field of FMCG sales or marketing
  • Highly self-motivated, results-oriented and entrepreneurial
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills
  • Team oriented and open minded
  • Multicultural mindset
  • Excellent skills in MS Office in particular Excel
  • Excellent Skills in verbal and written English and German (B2 and higher)
